The Across the Lifespan Conference is the primary statewide conference focused on services across the lifespan to create collaboration and smooth transitions between the stages of life.

Our attendees represent roles in the field of assistive technology, education, rehabilitation, community living, students, consumers and families. Your participation as an exhibitor ensures that the conference attendees will experience the latest technology, information and resources.

The conference will feature the following presentation topics:
• Assistive Technology • Post Secondary Disability Services • Independent living, recreation/leisure
• Older Adult Services • Special Education • Transition Services • Employment

The exhibition hall will be open to attendees on Thursday 11/3/16 from 8:30am-6pm and Friday 11/4/16 from 8am-12:15am. We ask that exhibitors be set up and ready to go by 8:30am on November 3rd in order to participate in the Conference Welcome.

We are pleased to offer some fresh opportunities for vendors this year, including social media posts and program advertisements as well as special add-on opportunities to get your name out to participants. Please choose the level that best fits your goals. Spots are limited, so register today!

Level 1: $275

Exhibitor spaces will include a draped table, two folding chairs, one electrical outlet and wireless internet connection. Booth space will be determined based on the order in which registration is received. Each registration will  be acknowledged with a confirmation email.

Set up time: Thursday 7:30am – 8:00am
Thursday Exhibition Hours: 8:30am – 6pm
Friday Exhibition Hours: 8:00 am – 12:15am
Take down Friday after 11:30 am
We will be hosting our social and door prize drawing on Thursday, November 3 @ 5:45 – 6:45 pm.

Registrations received after October 10, 2016 may not be listed in the printed program, but will be on the conference website.
